Nikon Ti widefield at IMM

Introduction:

Nikon Eclipse Ti  microscope is a simple inverted widefield microscope with manual stage and high resolution CMOS camera for  fluoroscence imaging and brightfield imaging. 

Applications

  • Widefield epiflourescence microscopy (2D multichannel imaging)
  • Widefield (bright-field) transmission microscopy
  • Timelapse imaging
  • Automated Multi-Dimensional acquisition (xyz, time, lambda, magnification, large image acquisition).

Specifications:

  • LED-illumination (CoolLED pE-300, UV, blue, green) for epifluorescence excitation. LED diascopic transmission illumination.
  • Andor Zyla sCMOS camera with 95% quantum efficiency and pixel size  6.5 µm x 6.5 µm pixels for highly efficient and high resolution imaging. 
  • Filter cubes: DAPI, FITC, TRITC, CY5.
  • Objectives: 4XCFI Plan Fluor , 10X/0.45 air, 20X/0.75 air,  60x/1.40 Oil,
  • Software: Nikon NIS Elements
