Introduction:
Nikon Eclipse Ti Screening microscope is an inverted screening widefield microscope with fully motorized stage and high resolution CMOS camera for fluoroscence imaging and brightfield imaging. The microscope is specially customized for long timelapse imaging, thanks to the Lauda incubator system. It also have a precise hardware based autofocus system called Perfect Focus System (PFS). The software has JOBS module, that can help the user to setup more complex and customized imaging workflows.
Applications
- Widefield epiflourescence microscopy.
- Widefield (bright-field) transmission microscopy
- Timelapse imaging with Lauda Incubator system (temperature range from 4C to 80C)
- Hypoxia chamber
- Phase contract microscopy.
- Automated Multi-Dimensional acquisition (xyz, time, lambda, magnification, large image acquisition).
- Easy sample overview/navigation by automated exploration of entire sample.
Specifications:
