Introduction:
Precision cryostat for rapid sectioning of quick-frozen tissue specimens within a temperature-controlled chamber. Designed for routine cryo-microtomy in pathology and histology workflows.
Applications:

Routine cryosectioning of frozen tissue for diagnostic and research microscopy.

Sectioning using disposable or solid knives with anti-roll plate support.
Specifications

Function principle: Specimens are mounted to the specimen head using OCT and freezing. When mounted, the microtome within the chamber can be used for cryosectioning the frozen sample. This process requires training and some skill for obtaining high quality sections.
