About the CP3 research collaboration

Telescope pointing at night sky

Originally funded through a DG center grant in 2009, researchers at the Center for Cosmology and Particle Physics Phenomenology (CP3) investigate the fundamental constituents of the Cosmos and study the evolution of the Universe from the Big Bang until today.

To do so, we develop new fundamental models of particle physics and use theoretical calculations, simulations, and engage in astrophysical observations and laboratory experiments. Learn more about our research areas.

We teach the fundamental physics specialization in the SDU physics degree and we actively engage in outreach activities (overview in Danish).
