We aim to host an international conference of the highest scientific quality and diverse participants, from PhD students to senior researchers.
Registration and abstract submission
Participation is limited to 225 persons. Participants will be selected based on diversity criteria and their submitted abstracts. All registrants are encouraged to submit a scientific abstract for poster or oral presentation.

Registration fee
The registration fee includes access to the conference scientific program, lunch and refreshments during the two days. The conference dinner is optional (additional registration), but we encourage all registrants to participate in this special celebratory event.
PhD students and Postdocs – 375.00 DKK
Academics – 625.00 DKK
Industry – 1,250.00 DKK
Prices are including VAT.
Travel stipends
Up to nine participants (early career scientists) will be invited to present a short conference lecture based on their submitted abstract, and they will each receive a €200 travel stipend.
Poster prizes
Three poster prizes of €200 will be awarded to 1) the most original research project, 2) the most innovative research project, and 3) the best scientific dissemination.
