The action plan serves as the foundation for annual local discussions at institutes, faculty secretariats, and areas within the Central Administration, as well as within the main areas' cooperation committees, SDU’s Committee for Career and Skills Development, and the Central Liaison Committee.
The annual discussions on career and skills development support a continuous focus on career and competence development among employees and managers. They also ensure that priorities regarding the provision and development of career and skills development offerings at the university level are based on the needs of the academic environments.
