Centre for Research in Science Education and Communication (FNUG) is an interdisciplinary research centre that works to inspire involving and educational experiences with nature, science subjects, science, mathematics and technology in daycare institutions, primary and lower secondary schools, youth education programmes, universities and lifelong learning.

The vision is to be a greenhouse for STEM educational innovation – and to be internationally recognised for this.

The Centre for Research houses researchers from several departments at the Faculty of Science at SDU as well as the strategic research and education partnership Laboratory for STEM Education and Learning (LSUL), which is a collaboration between University College South Denmark, UCL University College and SDU.
