We are a formalised and open Danish proteomics research infrastructure including all major academic proteomics and mass spectrometry laboratories in Denmark.
Advanced high-sensitivity mass spectrometry equipment is installed at all PRO-MS partner sites to catalyse front-line research in protein science and functional proteomics within biochemistry, cell biology, biomedicine, food science, veterinary and clinical medicine, and biotechnology.
The PRO-MS research infrastructure is supported by a generous grant from the Danish Ministry of Higher Education and Science and by the five partner universities:
