Research interests:
Research experience in nutritional epidemiology using Danish national registries, biobanks and large longitudinal birth cohorts. Mina leads the research project CHAMPS IV (Svendborg project), where she investigates lifestyle determinants in early life for bone health, obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular disease in young people using registry-based data as well as collected cohort data.
