What sanctions have been imposed on Russia? Who has been sanctioned and how? What is the basis for the sanctions? And what follows from the fact that Russia can no longer be a member of the Council of Europe and the United Nations Human Rights Council? Professor emeritus in international law Frederik Harhoff and assistant professor and expert in human rights Fenella Billing will give presentations and answer questions on these topics.
