Her research examines how applications of AI in the military domain change international norms, especially on the use-of-force. She has published extensively in these areas, including in journals such as the European Journal of International Relations, Review of International Studies, Nature Machine Intelligence, and Ethics and Information Technology. Professor Bode leads large-scale research projects in this space, including the ERC-funded AutoNorms project and the Independent Research Council Denmark-funded HuMach project. She also serves as an academic ambassador of the Lawful by Design Initiative led by Article 36 Legal.About Claes de VreeseClaes de Vreese is Director of the Digital Democracy Centre at SDU, Distinguished University Professor of Artificial Intelligence and Society, and Chair of Political Communication at the University of Amsterdam.A leading scholar in political communication and digital democracy, his research focuses on the impact of technology, AI, journalism, and information on democratic processes and public opinion. He is a former President of the International Communication Association (ICA), a member of the Royal Dutch Academy of Sciences (KNAW), and has received numerous major research grants, including an ERC Consolidator Grant. His work has been cited more than 45,000 times.About Fabrizio MontesiFabrizio Montesi is Professor of Computer Science at the University of Southern Denmark, where he leads the Section of Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Programming Languages. He is known for pioneering Choreographic Programming and co-creating the programming language Jolie. His research focuses on programming technologies and mathematical methods for complex distributed systems. His work has been recognised with numerous awards and major grants, including an ERC Consolidator Grant and a Villum Young Investigator Grant.About Bent Ole Gram MortensenBent Ole Gram Mortensen has 40 years of experience as a legal professional and possesses a broad background spanning the legal profession, industry, central government administration, and academia.Gram Mortensen currently holds a professorship in environmental and energy law at the Department of Law at the University of Southern Denmark.
