A carbocyclic LNA-analogue

Two carbocyclic analogues of LNA have been prepared by an RCM-based synthetic strategy in order to explore the importance of the ring constitution, the 2´-oxygen and of the puckering amplitude on LNA-mediated nucleic acid recognition.
