Gabija Kavaliauskaite

Gabija became a part of ATLAS in 2021, contributing as a PhD Fellow within Jesper Grud Skat Madsen's group. Her research focuses on linking genetic variation to hepatocyte differentiation. The primary aim is to uncover key factors shaping the dynamics of cellular maturation pathways, leveraging advanced computational methods. Notably, the project is conducted in close collaboration with the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard.
