Research Networks at Department of Regional Health Research

Department of Regional Health Research

In our unit, we collaborate interdisciplinary, cross-regionally, and inter-institutionally.

We have a special collaboration with Michael Van Manen (physician and Ph.D. in neonatology), who is an adjunct professor affiliated with our department & SDU. Michael specializes in relational ethics and health pedagogy in clinical practice, particularly in pediatrics. His international recognition as an expert in qualitative health research and extensive experience as a practicing physician at Stollery Children's Hospital greatly strengthens our research environment, with a focus on ethical research and consultation on phenomenological practice.
