My name is Ronni Nielsen and I did my PhD (2005-2008) in the Mandrup Lab within the field of transcriptional regulation and cellular differentiation. Since 2008 I have been working as Lab Manager in the Mandrup Group and the Functional Genomics and Metabolism Research Unit. I manages, maintains, and develops the NGS platform in the unit and coordinates in-house and external NGS collaborations. Within ATLAS, I have established the single cell RNAseq platform used to investigate cellular plasticity.
