Laboratory Animal Science - legislation for persons with a foreign qualification

Course description

If you have not participated in a recognized Danish experimental animal course and are planning to be responsible for or participate in animal experiments, your qualification must be approved by the Animal Experiments Inspectorate. This requires that you have completed a module on Danish legislation. This course offers such a module, and upon completion, you will be eligible to apply for dispensation under § 55 or § 56 of the Executive Order on Animal Experiments.

Before registering for this course, please contact the Danish Animal Experiments Inspectorate to determine whether your previous course, together with this legislation course, is sufficient to obtain a dispensation from the requirements of Danish law, or if you are required to complete a full AD or ABD course.
