Committee for Career and Skills Development for Academic Staff

The committee consists of a chairperson (management representative) appointed by the rector and a vice-chairperson (employee representative) elected from among the union representatives for academic staff. Additionally, it includes management representatives and union representatives from all main areas, appointed by the cooperation committees of the main areas.

The committee usually meets four times a year. Minutes can be requested from SDU HR, which provides secretarial support to the committee.

Executive Committee for the Committee for Career and Skills Development.
The executive committee coordinates the work of the committees and meets as needed. It consists of the leadership of the Committee for Career and Skills Development, the joint union representative, and the head of SDU HR, Health, Safety and Development. The committee is supported administratively by SDU HR, Health, Safety and Developmentt.
