Research Network
Network of Nazism and Holocaust Studies
Interdisciplinary network at SDU for students and staff with an interest in the history of Nazism, the Second World War, the occupation period, and the Holocaust.
The network brings together current and former students and staff at the University of Southern Denmark who share an interest in Nazism, the Second World War, the occupation period, and the Holocaust.
We are an interdisciplinary community that provides space for academic engagement, knowledge exchange, and networking across disciplines and professional backgrounds.
What do you gain from joining?
As a member, you will have the opportunity to:

- Connect with Danish and international researchers and institutions
- Take part in lectures, debates, film screenings, and study trips
- Develop your academic skills and contribute to new historical knowledge
The network regularly organizes activities both in Denmark and abroad – often in collaboration with relevant partners – and works to disseminate knowledge about the history of Nazism and the Holocaust to a broader public through open events.
In addition, the network helps strengthen the academic profile of the University of Southern Denmark in this field by creating and maintaining links between current and former students and staff.
Membership
You can become a member if you are, or have previously been, a student or employee at SDU and have an interest in the field.
To apply, please send a short statement of motivation describing your interest and any relevant experience through studies, research, or other activities.
