Vision
To execute clinical stem cell trials for accelerating implementation of regenerative medicine in the Danish Health Care system.
Authorization
GMP certified (DK IMP 10000767) and authorized manufacturer (# 103884) for investigational medicinal cell therapeutic drugs and authorized holder of a Tissue Establishment Center (EU TE: DK268117) for tissue receival, storage and cell isolation.
Accesability
Clinical setups across Denmark will be given priority, yet international collaboration is possible.
Regulatory
As part of EU, our QMS and work follows the EudraLex - Volume 4 - Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines, and we provide expertise for writing IMPD, IB and CTA documentation, while developing the cell product.
Environment
Unique four-parted gloveboxes ensuring continuous physiological cell conditions (Humidity, ideal gas (O2/CO2), temperature) allowing multiple parallel projects, while monitoring class A conditions continuously.
Current users
Rigshospitalet (Dep. Plastic Surgery and Burns Treatment); OUH (Dep. Gastrointestinal); Rigshospitalet (Dep. Otorhinolaryngology and Audiology); OUH (Dep. Orthopaedics); Sygehus Sønderborg (Dep. Orthopaedics); Copenhagen University (reNEW).
Contact
If you are interested in running a project within OUH CELL BENCH, please contact facility head: Professor Ditte Caroline Andersen or staff scientist Peer Horn.
