Susanne Faerber, Department of Sociology, Environmental and Business Economics, will defend the PhD thesis entitled;
” Visitor Satisfaction and Visitor Behaviour in Visitor Attractions”
On 29 August 2019 at 12:30 in Auditorium 120, SDU, Esbjerg
The title of the lecture is;
“What makes visitors enjoy attractions? – Determinants of visitor satisfaction and word-of-mouth referrals of visitor attractions”
The PhD thesis will be assessed by a committee comprising Associate Professor Chris Horbel (Chair), SDU, Professor Alexander Josiassen, CBS, and Prof. Dr. Goetz Greve, Hamburg School of Business Administration.
