Project-oriented study
It is possible for students to get an internship with a company or institution outside of SDU. The internship will give the student the possibility to handle specific and realistic problems, based on the achieved knowledge and theoretical background from the study programmes. Internships are possible on both bachelor- and master's level.
The course is a cooperation between the student and a company, that the student have found and made an agreement with. The students connection to the company is formalised through a contract. The contract is an agreement between the student, the institute for the study programme, and the external company, where the internship takes place.

Bachelor or Master's project
The student solves a specific problem or researches an academic area. The company can have a counsellor from the company at disposal. The university will assign a counsellor. The project completes either a bachelor- or master's degree.
