IMADA MSc student publishes in prestigious conference for algorithms for computational biology

While working on his MSc thesis (expected to be completed in May 2016), IMADA student Tommy Vestergaard Hansen has published a paper in the 20th Annual International Conference on Research in Computational Molecular Biology (RECOMB 2016), the most prestigious conference in algorithms for computational biology. The title of the paper is “Finding Mutated Subnetworks Associated with Survival in Cancer”, and the work has been done under the supervision of Fabio Vandin, an Adjunct Associate Professor at IMADA.
