Centre for Quantum Mathematics joins IMADA
IMADA is thrilled to welcome the world elite Center for Quantum Mathematics, led by Professor and D-IAS Chair Jørgen Ellegaard Andersen. From 1 January 2021 QM will join the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science (IMADA) at the Faculty of Science. All centre employees as well as all activities are included in the move.
The Centre for Quantum Mathematics (QM) is by 1 January 2021 changing affiliation within the SDU to the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science (IMADA) at the Faculty of Science. This will be a great addition to IMADAs research and innovation. Further the Centre for Quantum Mathematics brings an impressive amount of DKK 50 mio. in support and external grants to IMADA.
QM has until now been attached to the Mads Clausen Institute at the Faculty of Engineering.

All centre employees as well as all activities are included in the move of QM, which will be both physical into new offices at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science as well as on the organisational level.
