Research

CLF is a central focal point for rural research in Denmark. We create knowledge about socio-economic, business economic, social and cultural conditions in rural areas through application-oriented research. We collaborate with both internal and external research environments, where it can strengthen the quality of the work, promote the use-value and contribute to the development of the center's competencies and knowledge. With a location in Esbjerg, CLF is close to the rural areas in the South and West Jutland area, but the research center is for all rural areas and has a tradition of collaborating with local actors across the country.
