Lundbeck Foundation | Lundbeckfonden, DK

Deadline: February 9th 2023
Level of funding: Grants are worth DKK 6 million each for up to four years for associate professors or professor MSO, and DKK 10 million each for up to four years for full professors.
About: The Lundbeck Foundation invites applications for its start-up programme. This supports the development of Danish neuroscience by facilitating the process for recruiting researchers to Danish universities or hospitals from abroad or from industry. The research should be within the field of basic or clinical neuroscience, or science with clear relevance to neuroscience.

 

Lundbeck Foundation | Lundbeckfonden, DK
Deadline: November 9th 2023
Level of funding: The total budget is DKK 30 million to fund grants worth between DKK 800,000 and DKK 2.5m for a maximum period of five years.
About: Coming soon: Early-Career Clinician Scientist. The Lundbeck Foundation invites applications for its clinical postdoctoral fellowship. This supports postdoctoral fellows in conducting clinical research.

 

Lundbeck Foundation Visiting Professorships
Deadline: Continuous
Level of Funding: Up to DKK 500,000 for 2 to 6 months
About: Danish biomedical research groups can apply for funding to invite foreign guest researchers at the professor level to Denmark for 2-6 months to encourage collaboration between excellent senior scientists in Denmark and international peers.

 

Lundbeck Foundation Scientific Meetings & Conferences
Deadline: Continuous
Level of Funding: Up to DKK 300,000 for one meeting
About: The purpose of the grant is for the Lundbeck Foundation to support international scientific meetings and conferences, held in Denmark to encourage collaboration and exchange of ideas and resources between Danish researchers and their international peers.

 

Lundbeck Foundation Stipends for Sabbatical Leave
Deadline: Continuous
Level of Funding: Up to DKK 500,000 for 2 to 6 months
About: The purpose of the grant is to support long term research visits abroad for Danish-based senior researchers in clinical, translational and basic biomedical sciences with a focus on neuroscience or disciplines supporting neuroscience. The aim of the stipends is to ensure that research directors are able to focus fully on their research during a consecutive period of secondment at an international research institution.
