Honorary doctorate for Horst-Günter Rubahn

Head of Mads Clausen Institute, Horst-Günter Rubahn, has been appointed honorary doctor at Kaunas University of Technology, which is the largest technical university in the Baltic countries.

The director of the Mads Clausen Institute, Horst-Günter Rubahn, has obtained the title honorary doctor and is now member of the senate of Kaunas University of Technology (KTU) in Lithuania. 

KTU is the largest technical university of the Baltic States and awards only a very limited amount of honorary doctors. Among former honorary doctors of KTU are Anders Fogh Rasmussen (2014) and Sir Richard Charles Nicholas Branson (2013).

Horst-Günter Rubahn gets the honorary doctorate for long-term development of partnership within micro and nanotechnology in physical and technological sciences and for his huge contribution to the promotion of the potential of young scientists.
