DinnerdeLuxe runs SDU's canteen which is shared with UC SYD and is located in their building.
Booking rooms for external events
Rental is on commercial terms which take into account the avoidance of distortion of competition between established meeting and conference providers. SDU cannot make resources available for external events free of charge.
Rental takes place through Technical Services by writing to 8888@sdu.dkand only to the extent that SDU has free capacity, as per the rules for borrowing/renting SDU’s premises.
In addition to room rent, the organiser must pay for the installation, re-establishment of rooms/areas and, to the extent that SDU deems it necessary, must pay for attendant supervision during the event.
