Our research unit is equipped with Illumina NovaSeq 6000 and IlluminaHiSeq® 1500 sequencing platforms for high-throughput sequencing and a Biomek® 4000 Workstation for automated sample preparation.
We also recently implemented The Chromium Single Cell 3′ Solution from 10x Genomics which provides a comprehensive, scalable microfluidics solution for single cell gene expression profiling and characterization of hundreds to millions of cells.
Furthermore, we have two Roche LightCycler® 480 Real-Time PCR Machines with both 384- and 96-well plate blocks and a Biomek® 3000 Workstation for automated pipetting of qPCR plates.
Finally, our laboratory is equipped with a Seahorse XFe 96 Extracellular Flux Analyzer for analysis of cellular metabolism and we have in-house access to a FACSAria™ III cell sorter.
