Ying Qu attended the 21st Annual Conference on Emerging Technologies and Factory Automation in Palma de Mallorca, Spain (remotely)
From the 21st to the 23rd of July 2021, Ying Qu participated in the 21st Annual Conference on Emerging Technologies and Factory Automation in Palma de Mallorca, Spain (online) . She presented her paper that is titled “Application of Deep Neural Network on Net Photosynthesis Modeling” at the conference. In this paper, a DL method is investigated to solve the Pn prediction problem of the commercial greenhouse area in the horticulture industry for the first time. By comprehensively analyzing and comparing the performance of these DNN models during the training and testing process, the most satisfactory architecture is finally selected. This DNN model can successfully predict the Pn value based on the three environmental elements with high accuracy.
