Sustainable everyday life and operation at the University

It’s important to us that sustainability is a natural part of everyday life. This is true in relation to the SDGs, which aim to promote equality, diversity and make SDU an inclusive place to study and work. We are also working to limit our emissions of greenhouse gases and promote biodiversity on our campus grounds.

SDU is the place of study for 26,000 students and workplace for 6,000 employees. It is therefore important that sustainability also becomes a natural part of everyone’s everyday life. We therefore work to use our resources in a responsible and sustainable way, reduce our greenhouse gas emissions and promote biodiversity on our campuses. We also work to promote equality, diversity and making SDU an inclusive place to study and work.

See our latest Sustainability Report for current examples of how we incorporate sustainability in everyday life and day-to-day operations.
