Language Levels C1 and C2


Program: Teaching, social activities and excursions


15 classes x 4 hours

University of Southern Denmark

Course director: Associate Professor, PhD Mogens Davidsen

Venues: The Hans Christian Andersen Centre, Odense and University of Southern Denmark, Odense Campus.



Content: The course is conducted as a mixture of lectures, class room teaching with discussions, conversations and exercises in small groups. Active participation and preparation are necessary requirements.


Goals: Introduction to central aspects of Danish language, culture, literature, mentality, history, society and politics.


Participants: University students with profound knowledge of Danish (C1, C2)


Exam: Two small essays/reports during the course as part of the exam in combination with the final written test.


Danish Students assistants will support the participants with practical and social matters and assist in the teaching.


All lectures and teaching will be held in Danish unless otherwise stated.
