Master's thesis

Master's Thesis (30 ECTS)

The topic of the master thesis must relate to the track (Social Transformation Processes or Rural Sociology) chosen by the student, who must be able to account for his or her choice of cultural sociological theory and method as well as the delimitation's made in regards to this.

There is furthermore the possibility of doing an experimental thesis (50 ECTS) combined with electives (10 ECTS) meaning that the work of the master thesis stretches over 3rd and 4th semester. The Study Board has to grant permission for this option.

The availability of Danish identity to young Muslim men in Odense and furthermore uncover explanations, in the environment, on why some of these young men radicalize.
