If you see yourself working in a company which is international, and where you may be responsible for such areas as choosing new markets, starting new companies, planning various marketing activities, international sales (e.g. in Emerging Markets), or entering international contractual arrangements, then the line "International Business" may be the right line for you.

We live in a globalized world with an ever-increasing international competition. This requires that a future workforce has a solid understanding of how firms build up and develop their competitive abilities, including improving and taking decisions about exporting and international cooperation partners across international markets.

International Business not only gives a solid knowledge within business economics, but also a focus on understanding specific problem statements within international business, international B2B marketing, and international economics. Furthermore, you gain competences to understand, what drives international companies, and the education will prepare you for understanding, planning, and developing the business activities of firms on foreign markets, including formulating various strategies for dealing with some of the opportunities and challenges facing firms operating in a globalized world.
