The Research Dissemination Prize is awarded to a researcher for the spirited, creative communication of his/her academic field aimed at a broad audience.
Emphasis may be placed on one or more of the following criteria in the nomination of candidates:
- For an exceptional dissemination performance during the past year
- For a person who has carried out outstanding research dissemination over a longer period of time/several years
- For dissemination of research that has made its way to the general public, i.e. outside of the university/research world
- For dissemination of research within a research area which is particularly difficult to access
- For a person who has applied new methods to disseminate his/her message
The Research Dissemination Prize has been awarded since 2005, and this year’s prize winner will deliver the commemorative lecture at SDU’s Annual Celebration.
