Learning through Movement

The research project - 'Learning by Moving' - focused on gaining knowledge about the connections between movement activities and parameters important for good learning.

The project was initiated by the Ministry of Education (see more), who granted 5.2 million DKK for the project.

Center of Research in Childhood Health (RICH), University of Southern Denmark was responsible for the project, which was implemented in collaboration with NEXS, University of Copenhagen, Department of Education, University of Aarhus and KOSMOS, UC Syd. Also Danish School Sport was involved in part of the project.

Results from the research project were presented on the final conference January 16th 2015.
