The ACQUIRE-ICD project develops and evaluates a personal and interactive web-based platform aiming to improve the quality of life and treatment of heart patients who have a defibrillator (ICD).
The project is led by Professor Susanne S. Pedersen, Department of Psychology, University of Southern Denmark, and is funded by TrygFonden, Patient@home, & the Lundbeck Foundation
Research Unit for User Perspectives is responsible for a participatory design process with patients and health professionals.
