The IT guidelines is part of the personnel policy guidelines and must be respected.

  • Use of IT systems must take place with care and only in connection with tasks and work commitment for SDU
  • IT systems can to a limited scope be used for private purposes such as search for information and mail. This should primarily take place outside normal working hours. If private materials are stored at the university’s IT systems, those materials should be marked private if the IT system manager is not to have access
  • Take care of your IT equipment
  • Please note that in connection with the use of SDU’s IT systems, registration of various forms of activity is continuously taking place
  • Email and other documentation concerning the university’s activities must be journalised according to the present guidelines
  • The digital employee signature, which is provided by the university, may not be used for private purposes

Use your SDU access card for copying and scanning at SDU

In order to be able to use online.sdu.dk you need to configure your SDU account to MultiFactorAuthentication (MFA).

If the account has not been configured to MFA, you will be told that your username and/or password is incorrect, when trying to login at online.sdu.dk.

Additionally, you must use your full SDU email address as username, alternatively sun-sdu/username

If you are not at an SDU computer, you may experience problems with access. You can access the pages via https://online.sdu.dk/Citrix/HTML5Web/ or https://sso.sdu.dk/index.php

 

The software below can be installed by all SDU employees, regardless of who owns the equipment, as long as the terms of license for the individual software are filled out.

It concerns the following software:

  • Stata/IC
  • SPSS 
  • Endnote
  • SAS
  • Nvivo
