Backs on Funen - why do they hurt?

In a longitudinal population-based cohort study we investigate associations between physical and biological tests, MRI, and the course of low back pain in adolescents and adults. A cohort of children has been followed from ages 9 to 21 with questionnaires regarding low back pain and lifestyle factors, test of physical performance and MRI. A cohort of adults has been followed from ages 40 to 49 using the same instruments.
