Reverse flies

Reverse flies are carried out in a sitting position leaning the upper body 45-degrees forward with a straight bag, the arms pointing towards the floor with a dumbbell in their hands, elbows 5-degrees flexed.

The dumbbells are raised at steady speed until the arms are horizontal – position is “marked” and arms are returned to starting posture.
