Warming up exercises  —  Extension  —  Flexion  —  Rotation 



Supine starting posture: Perform a ‘nodding’ movement and look in the direction of movement in a cephalic and caudal direction with the back of the head sliding on the surface; 15 repetitions.

In the first weeks of training allow support, but thereafter elevate your head a few millimeters from the surface, just enough to eliminate support but still having the hair touch the surface retaining the cranio-cervical movement.

Think of quality in movement rather than intensity.
