Static neck pull

 
Static neck pull is carried out in a sitting position on a chair with a head band connected with a snap hook to the wall.

The whole spine is held in an anatomical neutral position during pull exercises in frontal, backwards, two side-wards right and left, as well as four oblique directions 45 degrees forward/side-wards right and left as well as backwards/side-wards right and left.
