- phenotypic markers
- cell cycle
- DNA-binding dye exclusion (“side-populations”)
- calcium ion flux
as 2-way, 4-way or clonal (96-well) sorts.
In terms of analytical Flow Cytometry, the unit is well versed in:
- cell phenotyping
- marker quantitation
- cell proliferation analyses
- intracellular probing
- cell cycle analysis
- measure of cytokines with CBA or FlowCytoMix
- measurement of apoptosis
