A new semester is beginning at IMADA
“To feel the mathematics in my hands again …”
This is how both Anne Press and Anja Brooks describe their joy of beginning their Master’s programme in Data Science at IMADA.
”To be allowed to immerse myself in mathematics again and gain some completely new skills – that is probably what I’m looking forward to the most.
– To be allowed to immerse myself in mathematics again and gain some completely new skills – that is probably what I am looking forward to the most, says Anja, who has worked for 6 years as a midwife. Now she will have to commute from Horsens to Odense to follow her new study program.
– It is a transport condition that I can easily live with, explains Anja.
”I just feel incredibly privileged and think it is a unique opportunity to be able to follow this program. In that way, I do not have to go all the way back to the beginning and start all over again.
Anne, who originally trained as a physiotherapist and lives in Svendborg, is also looking forward to being able to build on her bachelor’s degree.

I have always been passionate about mathematics, so I am just looking forward to getting my hands on it again, says Anne, with excitement in her voice.
