Strategy and Policies

In the fall 2015, the Department of Political Science and Public Management finalised a strategy for the coming five years.
This was extended with a strategy on gender equality and a policy on merits in 2017. These were supplemented with a policy on recruitment in 2018.

With these, The Department of Political Science and Public Management wishes to ensure transparency about which values, goals and policies constitute the foundation of our activities.
