Teaching Committee
It is the Committee's task to pre-process all cases to the Natural Sciences Study Board and to continuously assess and regulate the department's course offerings and fields of study.

PhD Study Committee
It is the Committee's task is to pre-process cases for the faculty's PhD Committee as well as make an academic assessment and submit a prioritized recommendation of applicants for the PhD study.

Oasis
The Committee coordinates the booking of Laboratories and teaching rooms in the Oasis.

Kerteminde Committee
Meet 6 times a year to discuss Marine Biological Research Center: plans for expansion, maintenance, cleaning, coordination of teaching, etc.

Web Committee
It is the task of the Committee to make the department's websites interesting and to update them twice a year or more often if significant changes occur.

Event Committee
The Committee is responsible for the preparation and holding of parties and social events at the department. Including the annual Christmas lunch. Everyone is welcome to contact the Event Committee with ideas for events or to be a "guest" party organizer.

Department Council
Has the task of discussing and advising the department's management on matters of relevance to the department's development, organization and finances.

Management Forum
At each department, a management team is established consisting of research leaders and coordinators for units for education and dissemination, administrative support and a unit for knowledge dissemination and technology transfer.

Student's Council
The Biological Subject Council is for all students who are enrolled at the Department of Biology - new and old - and as a student you are automatically a member of the subject council.

Health and Safety Group
The group checks the safety measures at the Department of Biology through regular, active efforts and ensures that current legislation in the area is complied with.

Company Project Manager
Coordinates all administrative tasks associated with company projects (including communication with the study board and handling information meetings with students), and assists students in the selection of companies and internal supervisors.

Advisory Board
The advisory board enters into a dialogue with the university about the quality of the educations and relevance to society and is involved in the development of new and existing educations as well as in the new development of new forms of teaching and examinations.
