Centre for Organisation, Culture and Communication

Located at the Department of Language and Communication, CrossCom is a research centre dedicated to the study of culture and communication in the nexus between individuals, groups and organizations. In addition to ongoing research projects, seminars, meetings and publications, the centre provides research-based perspectives on culture and communication to public and private organizations in Denmark and abroad.

The centre combines qualitative and quantitative methods with a broad range of approaches to organizational analysis that include practice theory, discourse analysis, culture theory, narrative analysis, CCO, social psychological theory and organizational theory.
