There is a lot of focus in the Danish funding landscape on bringing in highly talented scientists. These recruitment grants often comes with large sums of money to ensure that the researcher can early on have a world-class laboratory. Besides the grants mentioned below, several of the starting grants can also be used as grants for recruitment. Some instruments even allow for higher budgets if the applicant is coming from abroad.
