SDU Grants Office (SDU GO)

The individual faculties provide bases for researcher support at the University of Southern Denmark. The system is organised decentrally in line with the principle of proximity and with our ambition to offer 'one-stop' service. At the same time, there is close collaboration between the various researcher support units via SDU Grants Office – popularly known as SDU GO.

SDU GO functions as SDU's researcher support council and advises management on issues regarding external research financing and is, for example, responsible for coordinating SDU's collaboration with South Denmark European Office (SDEO):

SDU GO is made up of:

  • Henrik Pedersen (Dean Faculty of Science, chairman SDU GO)
  • Jeppe Kristensen (Project Manager, SDU Grants Office)
  • Anja Sinding Morgen (Manager, Research Support SAMF)
  • Christina Dahl (Head of Section, SOS – Support Office, Science)
  • Erik Kjær-Larsen (Office Manager, Researcher Service, Finance)
  • Karin Bruun (Legal Advisor, Legal Office)
  • Olaf Svenningsen (Executive Officer and Academic Head of South Denmark Researcher Support – SUND)
  • Rune Nørgaard Jørgensen (Special Consultant, Head of Researcher Support, Humanities)
  • Søren Elmer Kristensen (Special Advisor, TEK Researcher Support)

SDU GO provides advice on and coordinates researcher support activities during all phases of the work of obtaining grants, from pre-award to post-award, across the Central Administration, the faculty researcher support units and South Denmark European Office.
