Warming up exercises

Warming up exercises  —  Extension  —  Flexion  —  Rotation

 

Rotation:

Erect neutral starting posture: Place first the right and then the left hand on the side of your head and make a rotation against a gentle pressure from the hand, still relaxing the jaw and pulling the chin in.

Look towards the side you are turning your head.

Repeat 5 times to either side around an imaginary vertical axis through the head and cervical spine.
