Bodyblade exercises

The bodyblade exercise is carried out while standing on both feet, feet hip width apart, holding the bodyblade with both hands and with shoulders 90-degrees flexed, elbows 5-degrees flexed.

Small shoulder extensions and flexions are performed to make the bodyblade oscillate.

During the 24 weeks of training when getting more accustomed to the bodyblade exercise, attempt is made to make it oscillate more and more and for a longer and longer periods to a maximum of 60 s.
